職務内容
主な業務および責任
- ポストトレード処理プラットフォームにおける債券決済機能を対象とした,製品およびクライアント主導の変更プロジェクトに対するビジネス分析支援
- 製品機能の変更に伴う影響を十分に評価し,適切なソリューションの開発
具体的な責任
- 製品マネージャー/オーナー,開発チーム,テストチームと密接に連携し,ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体を通じたソリューションを計画• 合意,および関係各位への効果的な伝達
- 新機能導入に伴うアプリケーションへの影響を特定• 分析
- 他の社内製品チームや開発チームと連携の上,クロス要件の適切な把握• 文書化
- 必要な変更ドキュメント(ユースケース,受入基準,仕様書など)の作成
- 製品機能仕様の作成• 維持• 更新.
- 必要に応じたプロフェッショナルサービスや導入チームとの協働
- 必要に応じて他のFIS事業部門と連携し,製品またはクライアント固有の開発,規制対応,業界イニシアチブの支援
- 新規および既存クライアント向けの機能レビューへの参加

学歴
- ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号
必須スキル• 経験
- 金融サービス業界におけるビジネスアナリストまたはプロダクトオーナーとしての5年以上の経験(特に証券バックオフィス業務またはブローカーディーラー業務)
- 日本市場のインフラや施設に関する固定金利証券分野での実務経験(例:JASDEC(PSMS,BETS),JSCC OTC JGB,BOJの国内• 非居住者フロー)
- 現先取引(現担,現先)および担保再設定取引に関する実務経験
- 証券業務フローに関する深い知識,特に取引• 清算• 決済におけるSWIFT MT/MXメッセージング
- インターフェース仕様の読解力
- 業界全体のイニシアチブを詳細な要件に落とし込む能力
- 調査• 分析• スコープおよびビジネス要件文書の作成能力
- 優れたプレゼンテーションおよび製品デモンストレーションスキル
- 複数の優先事項を管理し,期限を守るための分析力• 組織力

What you will be doing:
To provide business analysis support for Product and Client led change projects targeting the fixed income settlement functionality of the Post Trade Processing platform. Ensures that changes to product features are fully assessed to enable a suitable solution to be developed.
- Work closely with Product manager/owner, Development and test teams throughout software development life cycle to plan and agree solutions, ensuring that they are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze the impact on the application for introduction of new product features
- Liaise with other internal Product and Development teams to ensure that cross requirements are captured and documented as appropriate.
- Produce required change documentation (e.g. use cases, Acceptance Criteria, specifications) outlining the product needs.
- Create, maintain and update product features specifications as required.
- Work with Professional services and Implementations teams as needed
- Work closely with other FIS business units where required to provide support for Product or Client specific developments and regulatory or industry initiatives.
- Participate in feature reviews for new and existing clients.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, as a business analyst or product owner, preferably in back-office securities operations or broker-dealer operations
- Proven experience in the Fixed Income domain with different Japanese market infrastructures and facilities with a focus on back-office functions. e.g. JASDEC (PSMS, BETS), JSCC OTC JGB's, BOJ for both Domestic and Non-residents flows.
- Proven experience with Repo transactions Gentan, Gensaki and Subsequent Collateral Allocation Repo Transactions
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the securities industry flows, especially around SWIFT MT/MX messaging in the context of trading clearing and settlement
- Ability to read and interpret interface specifications.
- Ability to interpret broad industry initiatives into detailed format requirements.
- Proven ability to research, analyze and generate scope and business requirements documents.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Strong analytical and organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities whilst adhering to deadlines.
- Must be responsible, dedicated, self-motivated and dependable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Added bonus if you have
- Knowledge and practice of Agile Methodology.
- Experience in the Equities domain with different Asian market infrastructures and facilities with a focus on back-office functions.
- Knowledge of other domain areas e.g. Cash management, Collateral management, Securities financing or Corporate Actions
- General understanding of user experience constructs
- Knowledge of additional messaging protocols including FIX, Bloomberg XML.
- Knowledge of Central counterparty flows and processes.
- Knowledge of European and North American Settlement flows
