We're looking for curious, motivated graduates with strong people skills who want to grow, learn, and make a difference. If you hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience, apply to our 18-month Graduate Programme starting 1 September 2026.

About the Role
As a Graduate in the Governance & Steering team within our Global Distribution Management unit, you'll contribute directly to strengthening our governance and distribution & customer management practices. This role offers exceptional exposure to how a global reinsurance leader manages relationships with brokers and customers while maintaining robust governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and monitoring of governance and control frameworks across distribution and customer management activities
- Assist in preparing data-driven reports and presentations for senior management decision-making
- Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and strengthen compliance awareness
- Help coordinate cross-functional interactions with legal, compliance, operations, and underwriting teams
- Learn how effective governance supports strategic distribution and customer relationships
- Support engagement teams in their partnerships with brokers and customers worldwide
About the Team
You will join the Governance & Steering team, part of Swiss Re Corporate Solutions' Global Distribution Management unit. We are a group of professionals committed to applying operational rigor and common sense to all governance and steering activities. We value open, direct communication, personal empowerment, and a collaborative working style. Our team supports global distribution and customer management, helping Swiss Re maintain strong, trusted relationships with brokers and customers worldwide.
About You
You're a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive in collaborative environments while being capable of working independently. Your curiosity drives you to understand complex systems, and you're passionate about contributing to an organization that manages global risks.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) with up to three years of professional experience
- You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, can communicate clearly with different stakeholders, and are motivated to develop expertise in governance and customer management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and positive mindset
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge or interest in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
- Experience (internship or academic projects) in governance, compliance, or risk topics
The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
