To lead the analysis, design, and optimization of banking processes and systems across core and digital banking domains within the financial services sector. This role requires deep domain expertise in retail and corporate banking products and digital channels. It involves close collaboration with product, technology, and operations teams to drive strategic transformation initiatives, enhance customer experience, and deliver value-driven solutions that strengthen the organization's position within the financial services industry.
As a Business Analyst, Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate and lead business analysis activities across core banking transformation projects
- Define and deliver business and functional requirements for digital banking platforms and related financial services.
- Translate business needs into solution designs, user stories, and functional specifications aligned with regulatory standards.
- Partner with product teams to shape digital roadmaps, prioritize features, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and system integrators on implementation, testing, and rollout of core banking solutions.
- Identify innovation opportunities in digital and financial services to support strategic transformation.
- Demonstrate expertise in core banking systems, digital channels, and process optimization.
- Prepare and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps, and user journeys.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
